Microbial Adaptation to Environmental Stress

My research aims to decode the mechanisms that enable microbial communities to adapt to stressful conditions. We use a comprehensive approach that integrates laboratory experiments, computational analyses and field studies to unravel the complex interactions between cells and their responses using genomic, metagenomic and transcriptomic data analysis. Our goal is to comprehend how these interactions impact community functions in response to environmental stressors.
